ThermAlarm is an intelligent thermometer!
Put it in your greenhouse or barn, hook it up to an alarm, and tell it what temperature range is best for your plants or animals. If the temperature goes above or below that range, ThermAlarm lets you know immediately!
ThermAlarm alarm thermometers contain two electrical contacts that, when properly installed, will accurately indicate ambient temperatures and activate an alarm system when the temperature reaches either of the user-adjustable high or low settings.

ThermAlarms are compatible with most popular alarm systems. They may also be used as a component in a simple alarm system constructed of a low voltage power source and an alerting device (such as a bell or buzzer) to activate the system in the event of a temperature problem.
Electrical Requirements
ThermAlarms are built to operate a low-voltage, low-current alarm system (typically 6 to 24 volts DC @ 0.5 amp or less). A simple relay circuit should be used in systems exceeding 0.5 amp of current.
